Copper is proud to support the following organizations and campaigns.
  • National Ski Area Association's Keep Winter Cool Campaign, which supports awareness and action on global warming.
  • National Ski Areas Association's Sustainable Slopes Campaign, which advocates ski area environmental stewardship in many areas through an environmental charter that Copper supports.
  • The Rocky Mountain Climate Organization is working to build a coalition of businesses and governments in the Rocky Mountain region who support taking action on climate change in our area.
  • The U.S. Forest Service, especially the local White River Forest Ranger District, continues to be our strongest partner in our joint commitment to environmental excellence.
  • The new High Country Conservation Center, formerly known as Summit Recycling Project, is a local Summit County organization supporting recycling, green building, renewable energy and energy efficiency.
